Business Development Manager DACH (m/w/d) - Beauty

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Identify new development opportunities in the masstige and mass Beauty segment for the DACH region.
  • List new brands in retail and establish strong relationships with beauty retailers and new suppliers in the DACH region.
  • Negotiate with DACH beauty retailers and new suppliers to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Define the implementation model for new brands, including sales and marketing strategies, and oversee their successful integration into retail.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and retailers to plan and agree on business and marketing strategies for launching new brands.
  • Stay updated on market strategies and global beauty trends. Prepare and implement the DACH Beauty development strategy. Contribute to the preparation of internal long-term development plans.
  • Attend industry fairs, monitor the market, and stay informed about emerging trends.

Ihr Profil

  • Proven experience in the masstige Beauty industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of the market and its dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in key accounts management, with existing connections to retailers (both offline and online).
  • Willingness and availability to travel as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels. Out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Very good English required

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and capitalizing on new development opportunities in the masstige and mass Beauty segment for the DACH region primarily. We are looking for an individual with an open, communicative, and positive personality who is ready to collaborate with different teams in the local office as well as across the Orbico Group. Reporting directly to the Orbico Beauty Group Development Director, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth and success.
